摘要
目的:探讨新疆哈萨克族(哈族)、汉族贲门癌组织及癌旁组织中结肠癌转移相关基因1(MACC1)的表达及临床意义。方法:通过选取新疆医科大学第五附属医院经临床证实的哈族、汉族各30例贲门癌患者癌灶及癌旁组织石蜡标本,使用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素-过氧化物酶(SP)法检测贲门癌患者癌灶及癌旁组织中MACC1的表达,分析其临床意义。结果:1)哈族贲门癌组织MACC1阳性表达率73.33%(22/30);癌旁组织MACC1阳性表达率33.3%(10/30)。汉族贲门癌组织MACC1阳性表达率46.67%(14/30);癌旁组织阳性表达率20.00%(6/30)。两族贲门癌MACC1阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)MACC1与贲门癌患者年龄、性别无关,与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关。结论:MACC1在新疆哈、汉贲门癌组织中高表达,哈族贲门癌组织及癌旁组织中MACC1表达明显高于汉族。MACC1可能是贲门癌转移及预后的一个指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of MACC1 in esophagogastric junctional cancer(EJC)tissues of Kazakh and Han people in Xinjiang. Methods: A total of60 samples of EJC and its corresponding adjacent tissues of Kazak and Han patients were collected.The expression of MACC1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry assay. Results: 1)Thepositive expression rates of MACC1 protein in EJC tissues of Kazakh were 73.33%(22/30);That were 33.3%(10/30)in its corresponding adjacent tissues of Kazakh. The positive expression rates of MACC1 protein in EJC tissues of Han were 46.67%(14/30); That were 20.00%(6/30)in its corresponding adjacent tissues of Han. The positive expression rates of MACC1 protein were higher in Kazak and Han EJC patients than those in its corresponding adjacent tissues respectively. 2)There were significant differences in lymph node metastasis and TNM stage of EJC tissue and its corresponding adjacent tissues(P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in the expression of MACC1 protein between gender and age(P〉0.05). Conclusions: The MACC1 protein expression is related to the occurrence and development, the invasion, metastasis and TNM stage of EJC in Kazak and Han nationalities. The high expression of MACC1 protein in tissue may indicate the invasion and metastasis of EJC and prompt a late clinical stage.
