联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 联合肝脏离断和门静脉结扎的二步肝切除术(ALPPS)是近年来新出现的一种手术方式,它能够明显促进肝脏体积增长,显著缩短两次手术的时间间隔。该手术可以有效的将由于未来剩余肝脏体积不足且T分期较晚的不可切除肝肿瘤变为可切除。但是ALPPS并没有改变肿瘤的生物学特性,且总体并发症发生率和死亡率较高,远期疗效尚待观察。目前国际上对ALPPS存在争议。就ALPPS相关研究进展作一综述。
