现代职业教育教学模式的探索与创新——基于台湾职业教育的考察与分析

台湾职业教育的教学模式具有鲜明的特质,主要表现在以"建教合作"为纽带,以"实务教学"为根本,以"素养提升"为宗旨三个方面。对于大陆职业教育而言,其主要启示和借鉴意义在于:一是要在深化校企合作体制机制中创新教学模式;二是要在提升专业科研服务水平上创新教学模式;三是要注重在专业教学中弘扬中华传统美德教育。

Taiwan＇s vocational education teaching mode has distinct characteristics, mainly reflected in three aspects： with the connection of building and teaching cooperation, the basis of practical teaching, the purpose of quality promotion. For vocational education in the mainland, the enlightenment and significance lies in： the first is to deepen the innovative teaching mode in college enterprise cooperation system mechanism; the second is to innovate teaching mode on the basis of enhancing the level of professional scientific research service; the third is to pay attention to carrying forward the Chinese traditional virtue education in professional teaching.
