高职院校英语教师的反省性学习探讨

On Reflective Learning of Higher Vocational College English Teachers

对高职院校英语教师的反省性学习的研究是很有必要的。经过教学实践和大量的观察分析,反省性学习大致可分为阶段性、长期性、实践性三种类型,反省性学习的方法基本上有口头表述、录像比较、问题列举、交流沟通和信息反馈等五种。然而,想要取得反省性学习的良好效果,还必须形成反省的意识,养成反省的习惯,把握好反省的深度。通过反省性学习,可以使高职院校的英语教师认清自己,增强教学能力,并最终完成教学任务。

The research into reflective learning of higher vocational college English teachers is necessary. Through teaching practice and analysis and observation, reflective learning can be roughly divided into phase, long-term, and practice three types,reflective learning method includes verbal expression, video comparison, issue list, communication and information feedback.However, to get sound effect of reflective learning, it must form the consciousness of introspection, get into the habit of introspection, and grasp the depth of the introspection. Through reflective study, it lets higher vocational college English teachers have a clear understanding about themselves, enhance the teaching ability, and finally complete the teaching mission.
