The Research of Class Tutor Work under the Vision of Ideological and Political Education

当前,高校思想政治工作受到来自科技、经济和文化等快速发展的强大冲击。在此形势下,充分发挥班指导教师的作用,有利于保障思想政治工作的有序进行。建立班指导教师制度,逐步形成思想政治理论课教师、辅导员、班指导教师三支队伍共育的良好局面,是进一步促进思想政治工作深入开展的有效途径。

At present, the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is under the strong impact from scientific technology, economy and culture. In this situation, giving full play to the role of the class tutors is helpful to ensure the orderly progress of ideological and political work. Building the system of class tutors, and gradually forming the good situation of common education by ideological and political theory course teachers, counselors, and class tutors, are the effective ways to further promote the in-depth development of ideological and political work.
