摘要
提出了一种基于双电流阀值电感分区的开关磁阻电机无位置传感器缺相诊断和位置估计的方法。通过设置双电流阀值对电感周期进行分区,在电机驱动运行时,对非导通相注入高频脉冲,通过比较脉冲电流幅值与高、低电流阀值的关系,估计出位置检索脉冲信号,当电机发生缺相故障时,通过检测位置检索脉冲信号边沿触发顺序来诊断缺相故障,并利用正常相的电磁信息实现转子位置的估计,最后通过缺相故障模拟实验,验证了该缺相故障下位置估计算法的正确性和可行性。
A Position estimation method for sensorless switched reluctance motor based lack phase fault was double current thresholds (high threshold and low threshold), the inductance was divides into several regions , At driving operation mode, high frequency pulses were injected in the unexcited region, the position pulse signals was estimated by comparing the pulse current with double current thresholds. At lack phase fault operation mode, the diagnostic method that detected the sequences of position pulse signals, fault-tolerant was carried out by taking advantage of the phases independence, the Position estimation by the normal phase . The validity and feasibility of the lack phase fault diagnostic and the position estimation were verified by simulated fault experiments.
