In Ren Bi-shi＇s revolutionary career,he served as general secretary of the Central Committee during the period of the great revolution,and the leader of the reconstruction of the communist youth league work during the liberation period. He has accumulated a wealth of Communist Youth League Youth work experience and made an important contribution to the party＇s youth work in the revolutionary practice. During the Central Soviet Area period,because Ren Bi-shi was mainly engaged in the work of the government,we tend to ignore his contribution to the construction of the Communist Youth League of the Central Soviet area. In fact,the Communist Youth League in the Central Soviet Area to carry out mobilization for youth to study Marxism-Leninism theory,perfect the organization construction,carry out the group relations and others,is an important embodiment of Ren Bi-shi＇s thoughts of youth work practice.
