摘要
魏禧作为易堂九子的代表,其学术思想、文学水平既符合他所生活时代的特点,又体现了易堂学风的独异特征。他以民为本、人才治国的政治理念,"得尽其才,适于实用"的教育主张,出奇制胜、灵活机动的军事思想构成了具有当代意义的人力资源管理理论体系。通过对魏禧融汇贯穿在政治思想、教育观点和军事理论中的人力资源管理思想的深入探讨,将有助于提高当代人力资源管理的水平,开阔当代人力资源开发的思路与视野。当下中国正处在社会大变革的复兴时期,面对日益严峻的国际竞争环境,如何实现强国之梦,形成核心竞争能力,最终保持人力资源,尤其核心人才战略的持续增长,从魏禧为代表的古典人力资源管理思想中会得到更多的借鉴和裨益。
Wei XI's Yi Tang nine representatives, their level of academic thought and literature is in line with the characteristics of the times in which he lived, and reflects the unique characteristics of Tang style. He's serving the ruling political ideas, and talent; " Best, fit for practical use "education advocates ; diaper services and flexible military thinking constitute a theory of modern human re- sources management system. Based on weixi's integrated throughout the education of political thought, perspective and in-depth discus- sion of the thought of human resource management in military theory, will help to increase the level of contemporary human resource management, open thinking and vision of contemporary human resources development. At present , China is in a period of revival of so- cial change, in the face of increasing international competition , how to realize the dreams of power, formed the core competitive ability, ultimately maintain human resources, particularly core talent strategy of sustainable growth, from members of Wei XI's classical idea of human resources management, we will get additional insights and benefits.
