赣南苏区基础教育师资现状调查研究

The Research Based on the Investigation of the Current Situation For the Elementary Education's Teachers in Gannan Soviet Area

振兴赣南苏区是是党中央、国务院关心革命老区、促进革命老区加快发展作出的重大战略决策,关系着原中央苏区人民群众的福祉,其中优先发展教育事业是其重要组成部分。为了解赣南苏区基础教育师资现状,对赣南苏区所属17个县市的幼儿园、小学、初中和高中的师资队伍情况进行了调查,以期为有关政府管理部门和企事业单位决策等提供参考。

The revitalization of the Gannan Soviet Area is the important strategic decision of the Party Central Committee of CCP and the State Council,which concerning about the old revolutionary base areas and promoting and accelerating the development of the old revolutionary base areas,and it relations with the former Soviet Central P Area people＇s well-being. And of the strategic developing the education has the priority place. In order to know the situation of Gannan Soviet Area＇s teachers of the elementary education,the research group investigated the teachers who from the kindergarten,primary school,middle school and high school in Gannan Soviet Area,in order to provide management departments and enterprises decision-making reference for the relevant government.
