CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2玻璃陶瓷/34CrNiMo钢的摩擦磨损分析

摘要 利用粉煤灰和玻璃粉制备玻璃陶瓷,并以34Cr Ni Mo钢为对磨副做摩擦磨损实验,探讨了Ca O含量对玻璃陶瓷摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:Ca O含量为19.5%时,玻璃陶瓷摩擦系数的变化范围为0.41~0.49,磨损量为3.5 mg;而Ca O含量为17.5%时,玻璃陶瓷摩擦系数的变化范围为0.45~0.55,磨损量为5.6 mg。随着Ca O含量增加,玻璃陶瓷磨损量减少,摩擦系数降低,摩擦磨损性能得到提高。 Glass-ceramics was prepared with fly ash and glass powder, for which friction and wear testing was conducted with 34CrNiMo steel and glass-ceramics as friction material, so as to explore the effect of CaO content on the friction wear performance of glass ceramics. Results showed that the friction coefficient of glass-ceramics varied in the range of 0.41-0.49, wtih CaO content at 19.5%, resulting in the wear losses of glass ceramic at 3.5 mg. While, the friction coefficient of glass-ceramics varied in the range of 0.45 -0.55 at the CaO content of 17.5%, leading to the wear losses of 5.6 mg. It is found that with an increase in the CaO content, both the friction coefficient and wear losses of glass ceramics reduced, resulting in the friction wear performance improved.
