The theory course and experimental course of water pollution control engineering are compulsory basic course in the environmental engineering.In order to establish an open integration platform of classroom teaching and experimental teaching,water pollution control engineering was used as the reform course.The teaching contents,teaching purpose and assessment methods are penetrated mutually in the process of classroom teaching and experimental teching,and the leading edge contents in the fields of environmental engineering are enriched.Practices have proved that the reform of the integration model has played an important role in enhancing application ability,innovation ability,and the overall quality of students.
