摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol--gel)工艺在二氧化硅(SiO2)凝胶玻璃基质中掺人氯铝酞菁(A1PcCl),制备了掺杂A1PcCl的复合凝胶玻璃;采用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜研究了A1PcCt复合凝胶玻璃的组成和结构并且分析了掺杂浓度对其紫外-可见吸收光谱的影响;通过开孔Z-扫描测试和激发态吸收谱测试对复合干凝胶的光限幅效应和机理进行了探索.结果表明均匀掺杂AIPcCl的复合凝胶玻璃具有优于A1PcCl在DMF溶液中的光限幅效应,其主要机理为非线性散射,这为制备性能优异的新型复合光限幅材料提供了理论依据和物质基础.
Doping Alminum-phthalocyanine-chloride (AIPcC1) into silica gel glass matrix to produce homogeneously doped composites by Sol-gel technique. The exciting state and structure of doped A1PcC1 was studied by Transmission Electronic Microscope, Scanning Electronic Microscope and UV/Vis absorption spectra. The optical limiting mechanics of AlPcCl in composites was studied by excited absorption spectra, optical limiting and Z-scan experiment. Several important results are obtained.
