摘要
针对传统的视情维修决策模型对时间延迟考虑不足的问题,建立了(m,L)视情维修策略下k/N(G)系统维修优化模型,提出了一种求解模型的数值迭代算法。通过仿真分析,得到了最优的视情维修阈值m和延误时间L,由此证明了该模型与算法的可行性。
Considering the delay time L, an optimal maintenance model for k/N (G) system is estab- lished with the (rn, L) condition-based maintenance strategy. Firstly, the analytical method of the system operational availability and maintenance cost rate is analyzed. Then, a numeric iteration algo- rithm is proposed to obtain the optimal maintenance threshold m and the optimal delay time L. The al- gorithm minimizes the maintenance cost rate under the condition of system availability. A numerical example proves the proposed model and algorithm to be effective and feasible.
