摘要
北方联合电力有限责任公司包头第一热电厂由于小容量机组连续退役,导致大部分工作变压器长期处于空载状态,空载损耗较大,从而导致厂用电率升高,甚至出现了外购电用于厂用电的情况。为了降低厂用电率,根据现场运行条件对厂用电系统电气运行方式进行优化改造:减少空载变压器的运行数量,进而降低了空载损耗,降低了厂用电率及避免外购电量;同时通过对退役设备进行改造,增设了厂用事故保安电源,保证了机组的安全经济运行。
Small capacity unit retired continuously in No.1 Baotou Thermal Power Plant,led to most work transformers empty for a long time.The bigger no-load loss made theservice- power consumption rate increase,and purchased electricity was used for auxiliarypower.In order to reduce auxiliary power rate,according to the operation conditions,madeoptimization transformation on the auxiliary power system,which consisted of reducing thenumber of no- load transformer operation to reduce the no- load loss,the service- powerconsumption rate and purchased electricity; and reforming the retired equipment throughadding auxiliary security power supply to ensure the safe and economic operation of theunit.
