摘要
介绍了汽轮机通流间隙刚性密封、柔性密封的结构和特点,认为刷式密封具有安装精度要求低、效率高以及泄漏量小等优点。北方联合电力有限责任公司达拉特发电厂通过在330 MW亚临界机组上进行刷式汽封改造,机组高、中、低压缸效率分别比改造前提高了2.354%、1.797%、1.42%,机组发电煤耗率降低了5 g/k Wh左右,每年可节约燃料费用250余万元,经济效益显著。
Introduce the structure and characteristics of the rigid seal and flexible sealof flow gap on the steam turbine.It was considered that the brush type seal had theadvantages of low installation accuracy,high efficiency and small leakage.Brush sealtransformation was made on the 330 MW subcritical unit of North United Power Co.,Ltd.Dalate Power Plant.After the transformation,efficiency of unit′ s high,medium and lowpressure cylinder respectively improved by 2.354%,1.797%,1.42% than that beforemodification,unit power consumption was reduced about 5 g/k Wh,fuel cost was saved morethan 250 million yuan annually.The economic benefit was remarkable.
