660MW超超临界机组主蒸汽与再热蒸汽管道弯管方案分析

摘要 国电建投内蒙古能源有限公司布连电厂一期工程主蒸汽、再热蒸汽管道采用弯管方案,主蒸汽支管、高温再热蒸汽支管各采用弯管4处。与弯头方案相比,弯管方案主蒸汽管系阻力可降低0.04 MPa,约占主蒸汽管系总阻力的3.7%;高温再热蒸汽管系阻力可降低0.008 MPa,约占高温再热蒸汽管系总阻力的1.6%。经节能分析计算,虽然2台机组采用弯管方案投资费用增加111.32万元,但是主蒸汽系统压降优化至3.78%,再热系统BMCR工况下压降优化至7.3%,按照年利用时间5500 h计算,则可节约标煤618.8 t/a,每年可节省燃料费用24.75万元;同时可降低机组热耗,减少污染物排放,环境效益可观。 The main steam and reheat steam pipes adopts bend project in Bulian PowerPlant.The main steam branch and the high temperature reheat steam branch took 4 bendsseparately.Compared with the elbow project,the main steam piping resistance can reduce0.04 MPa,about 3.7 percent of total resistance of main steam piping; high temperaturereheat steam piping resistance can reduce 0.008 MPa,about 1.6 percent of the totalresistance of high temperature reheat steam piping when elbows are replaced by bends.Byenergy conservation analysis,although bend scheme increased investment of 1.1132 millionyuan for 2 units,the main steam system pressure drop to 3.78%,reheat system namelyBMCR condition on the optimization to 7.3%,according to the use of time 5500 h,it cansave standard coal 618.8 t/a,fuel costs 247 500 yuan a year; simultaneously,bend projectcan reduce the unit heat consumption and the emissions,which can increase theenvironmental benefits.
