摘要
某电厂350 MW超临界机组在运行过程中发生A送风机叶片断裂故障。为查明叶片断裂原因,利用宏观形貌检查、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相组织检测及扫描式电子显微镜检测等试验方法对断裂叶片进行了综合失效分析。分析结果认为,送风机叶片断裂为叶片存在大量的铸造缺陷所致。并提出风机在制造及安装前加强检验等建议。
The blade fracture of FDF A happened in the 350 MW supercritical unitduring the operation in a power plant.In order to find out the reason of blade fracture,the comprehensive analysis of the appearance inspection,chemical composition analysis,mechanical detection performance,metallographic detection and scanning electronmicroscopy detection were carried out.The results of the analysis showed that the blade ofthe fan was caused by a lot of casting defects.The suggestion of strengthening theinspection before manufacturing and installing the blower was put forward.
