The Application of Flexible Riser Protective Recovery Technology

柔性软管作为一种新型的管道形式,在海洋石油开发特别是深海石油开发中的应用越来越广泛。由于其具有可回收性和重复利用性,因此能节约油田投资且环保性好。阐述了柔性软管保护性回收的工艺原理,分析了柔性软管保护性回收的技术难点与解决措施,并结合工程案例介绍了海上施工的情况,相关技术能为今后类似项目和深水工程提供借鉴。

Flexible riser was considered as a new type of pipeline, and was widely applied in offshore oil industry, especially in deepwater oilfield development. It has the property of recyelability and reusability,which is environmental- friendly and could save the investment of oilfield development. The technical principle of the flexible riser protective recovery was introduced, the technical difficulties and resolutions were analyzed, and the offshore construction was presented. We wish the study and application of flexible riser protective recovery technology could offer experience for the similar project in future and the deepwater engineering.
