摘要
超大型矿砂船(VLOC)尺度大,所受载荷恶劣复杂,在结构设计中,有限元分析是必不可少的工作。介绍了25万吨级矿砂船的结构设计特点,阐述了针对矿砂船多发问题所做的优化工作,尤其在货舱布置时设置数量适宜的横舱壁既有利强度问题,同时也便于装卸货的灵活性。
Large scale of the ship dimension,extreme heave loading was the characteristics of VLOC. FEM analysis was absolutely necessary for the structure design. This article introduced the structure design characteristics of 250 000 DWT VLOC,indicated the optimization design of the VLOC's common problems. It was shown that setting a proper number of transverse bulkheads would improve both the structure strength and the flexibility of loading and unloading.
