穴位贴敷治疗常年变应性鼻炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of acupoint application on perennial allergic rhinitis

目的观察穴位贴敷疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法常年性变应性鼻炎患者65例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组35例,采用穴位贴敷疗法配合口服十味芪术通窍合剂治疗;对照组30例,单纯口服十味芪术通窍合剂治疗。中药敷贴剂穴位贴敷每7天1次,每次贴敷45~60分钟,连续贴敷3次;十味芪术通窍合剂每次服用125 ml,每日2次,连续服用3周。疗程结束后随访观察1月,比较分析二组的临床疗效差异。结果分别分析治疗结束即日及随访结束时的疗效水平差异,观察组疗效均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论穴位贴敷结合中药内服疗法治疗常年性变应性鼻炎具有一定临床优势,值得进一步深入研究。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of acupoint application therapy（APAT） on perennial allergic rhinitis（PAR）. Methods Included in this study were 65 PAR patients, randomly divided into observation group（OG） and control group（CG）, with cases in OG treated by APAT plus compound Chinese herbal preparation Shiwei Qishu Tongqiao Mixture（SQTM） orally taken and those in CG treated only by orally taken SQTM. APAT was carried out with herbal paste applied to points, 45 to 60 min.each time, one time per week, and continuous 3 applications given to each case of OG. SQTM was orally taken, 125 ml each time, 2times one day, and continuously given 3 weeks to all cases in both groups. Then, a period of following up was made among all these cases when the therapeutic course ended to compare the difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups. Results There were obviously statistic significance for the differences in the therapeutic effects as evaluated either at the last day of therapeutic course or by the end of following up period, with the efficacy of therapy much better in CG than that oin CG（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The combined therapy with acupoint application and compound Chinese herbal preparation SQTM orally taken is clinically effective for the treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis, and this kind of therapy is worthy of further study for popularization and practical application.
