摘要
纯低温水泥窑余热发电运行工况是很不稳定的,为了避免汽包中汽水分离不充分,防止分离出来得饱和蒸汽中带有水分,设计了水泥窑窑头余热锅炉汽水分离装置。通过对汽水分离装置工作原理的分析和结构特点的介绍,该汽水分离装置能达到较好的分离效果,提高了蒸汽的干度,保证了余热锅炉运行的稳定性。
The operation of simple low temperature cement kiln waste heat power generation is not stable. To avoid the incomplete separation of steam water in steam drum, which will lead to the water content in saturated steam, the steam water separation device of waste heat boiler at head of cement kiln is designed. By analysis of working principle and introduction of structure characteristic, this steam water separation device can realize satisfying separation effect. The dryness of steam is improved, which will ensure the stable operation of waste heat boiler.
