摘要
针对目前钢铁企业的形式,主要从节约能源方面入手,提出了鼓风系统的节能环保措施以及钢铁企业的余能回收在高炉鼓风上的利用。通过除去高炉鼓风机排出的冷风中的水分来减少能耗,脱湿的能源来自钢铁企业的废热利用,进一步回收了能源。高炉脱湿不仅使高炉的炉况更加稳定,也使高炉的单位能耗降到最低水平。
Based on the existing status of steel enterprise, this article has elaborated the energy saving and environment protection measures of blowing system as well as the utilization of waste energy recovery on BF blowing. The energy saving is realized by removing the water content in cold blast discharged from BF blower. The energy for humidity removing comes from the waste heat recovery of steel enterprise. It will make the operation of BF more stable and will reduce the unit energy consumption at maximum.
