医用三氧油联合“参柏洗剂”治疗难治性婴儿湿疹疗效观察

CURATIVE EFFECT OF MEDICAL TRI- OXYGEN OIL COMBINED WITH SELF- MADE CHINESE MEDICINE ON REFRACTORY INFANTILE ECZEMA

目的观察医用三氧油联合"参柏洗剂"治疗难治性婴儿湿疹的治疗效果。方法选取难治性湿疹婴儿病例120例,随机分为干预组(n=40)与两组对照组(对照组1,n=40;对照组2,n=40),干预组予三氧油+中药"参柏洗剂"外洗(方剂组成:苦参30 g,黄柏30 g,蛇床子30 g,地肤子30 g,败酱草30 g,蒲公英30 g,枯矾3 g),水煎外洗,早晚各一次,共治疗2周。对照组1单用"参柏洗剂"治疗2周,对照组2单用"艾迪特软膏"外用治疗2周。观察三组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组皮疹均有所消退,但中医证候及总有效率明显优于对照组1(p<0.05)和对照组2(p<0.05)。结论医用三氧油联合"参柏洗剂"外洗,两者优势互补,对难治性婴儿湿疹有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of medical tri - oxygen oil combined with self - made Chinese medicine on refractory infantile eczema. Methods 120 infants with refractory eczema were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 40） and 2 control groups （ control group 1, n = 40 ; control group 2, n = 40）. The treat- ment group was given tri - oxygen oil combined with self - made Chinese medicine （ including sophora flavescens 30 g, golden cypress 30 g, fructus kochiae 30 g, furctus cnidi 30 g, patrinia 30 g, dandelion 30 g, dried alum 3 g） as decoction and wash externally twice a day for 2 weeks. The control group 1 was treated with self - made Chinese med- icine only for 2 weeks, and the control group 2 was given Etofesalamide Ointment externally for 2 weeks. The curative effects were then observed. Results Eczema of both the treatment group and the control groups were improved to some extent, however the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group 1 （p 〈 0.05） and the control group 2 （p 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Medical tri - oxygen oil combined with self - made Chinese medicine have complementary advantages and have good clinical curative effect in the treatment of refractory infantile eczema.
