环境卫生、手卫生与医院感染发生的相关性分析

CORRELATIONS BETWEEN HOSPITAL INFECTION AND SANITATION,HAND HYGIENE

目的了解医院环境卫生、手卫生情况,以及它们与医院感染发生的关系,为预防和控制医院感染的发生提供有效方法。方法依照2012版《医疗机构消毒技术规范》,对医院重点部位及科室卫生手和物体表面细菌学连续性监测,并将数据与相关科室医院感染发生情况进行对比分析。结果医院环境卫生合格率及手卫生合格率均较低,分别为56.56%和58.82%,医院感染与环境卫生及手卫生存在相关性(环境卫生:r=0.180,p=0.001;手卫生:r=0.107,p=0.004)。结论改善环境卫生质量,提高手卫生合格率,可以减少医院感染的发生。

To provide effective methods for the prevention and control of hospital infection by studying the hospital sanitation, hand hygiene, and their correlations with the occurrence of hospital infection. Methods According to the Regulations of disinfection technique in healthcare settings of 2012 edition, the hand and surfaces of the key sites and departments in the hospital were continuously bacteriological monitored, and the data were analyzed and compared with the occurrence of hospital infection in related departments. Results The pass rates of hospital sanitation and hand hygiene were respectively 56.56% and 58.82%, and the pass rate was relatively lower. Corrections were found between hospital infection and sanitation, hand hygiene （r =0. 180, p =0. 001; r=0. 107, p =0. 004）. Conclusion The incidence of hospital infection can be reduced by improving the pass rate of sanitation and hand hygiene.
