摘要
目的研究广州市萝岗区体检人群糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated Hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)水平的分布情况。方法收集2014年1~12月在我院体检的4245例体检人员样本,应用全自动生化分析仪及其配套原装试剂(免疫比浊法)检测HbA1c(%)水平,分别按性别、年龄、HbA1c(%)参考值及2014年糖尿病诊断新标准对样本进行分组统计分析。结果广州市萝岗区体检人群糖化血红蛋白HbA1c(%)在不同性别和年龄的人群中的分布有显著性差异,尤其在〉40岁以后的年龄段。结论广州市萝岗区男性HbA1c总体水平均明显高于女性,且随着年龄的增长HbA1c水平增高,根据2014年新指南筛查出疑似糖尿病者增多,为糖尿病的早发现、早治疗以及减少并发症的发生提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) in physical examination population in Luogang District of Guangzhou. Methods 4 245 individuals undergoing physical examination in our hospital from 2014 January to December were recruited into this study. HbA1c( % ) level was detected by the auto- matic biochemical analyzer and supporting the original reagents (Immune turbidimetric method), and the results were treated with statistical analysis including sex, age, the reference value of HbA1 c and the 2014 new criteria for diagno- sis of diabetes mellitus, separately. Results The distribution of HbA1 e (%) levels in the population in Luogang District of Guangzhou were significantly different in different genders and age groups, especially among those aged o- ver 40 years. Conclusion The HbA1 c level of males in Luogang District is siguificanfly higher than that of females. The HbA1 c level is increased with age. According to the new 2010 guidelines, the suspected diabetes increased in number, which has provided a basis for early detection and early treatment of diabetes so as to reduce the incidence of diabetes complications.
