摘要
目的研究乙烯利对黄芩光合作用和药材产量影响,为黄芩药材栽培提供参考。方法采用光合系统测定仪测定黄芩叶片光合速率各项指标的变化;通过HPLC法测定黄芩药材有效成分含量。结果乙烯利去花组与人工摘花光合速率净光合速率没有显著差异,但黄芩苷含量降低,活性最高的成分黄芩素含量升高。结论乙烯利可用于黄芩去花,提高产量。
Objective To study effect of ethephon on photosynthesis of Scutellaria baicalensis and the quality of Ridix Scutellaria, and make a reference for the cultivation of S. baicalensis. Method The photosynthetic rate was determined with the photosynthetic system, the quality was evaluated with HPLC. Results There was little difference between the normal group and ethephon-praying group, flowers- remove group for the net photosynthetic rate. But the content of baicalin decreased 9.29%, the content of baicalein increased 8.11%. Conclusion Spraying ethephon can be used to improve the yield of Ridix Scutellaria.
