摘要
目的考察纳豆葡萄籽胶囊的抗氧化功能。方法人体试验,选择100例符合标准的成人受试者,平均分为两组,空白对照、试食组连续服用3个月,比较各组的血液过氧化脂质(MDA),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷光甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)的活力,以及安全性指标。动物试验,将50只实验小鼠平均分成5组,三个剂量组、空白对照组和模型对照组,连续灌胃30 d,造模前测血液中SOD及GSHPx值;造模后测肝组织中的SOD、GSH-Px、MDA指标变化。结果人体试验中试食组在试食前后自身比较和与对照组比较,SOD和GSH-Px两项指标的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),MDA指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。动物试验,高剂量组在造模前后SOD及GSH-PX活力均高于模型对照组,造模后的MDA含量低于模型对照组,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳豆葡萄籽胶囊具有抗氧化功能。
Objective To study the function of antioxidation of Natto Grapeseed capsule. Method Human trials,100 adult cases were selected and were divided into two groups.The blank control group and the test group took their samples for 3 months. The contents of MDA, activities of SOD and GSH-Px in blood,and indexes of safety were compared before and after the test. Animal trials, 50 mice were divided into 5 equal groups of three dose groups, one blank group and one model group. Each group was given by gavage for 30 days. The change of their MDA, SOD and GSH-Px were compared before and after model establishment. Results Before and after the human trials,the difference of SOD and GSH-Px between the test group and the control group were all significant(P〈0.05). The change of MDA indicators was no significant difference(P〈0.05). On Animal trials, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px of high dose group were higher than that of the control group before and after the model establishment, while the MDA content decreased.These difference were all statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Natto Grapeseed capsule has the function of antioxidation.
