摘要
目的确定妇炎平气雾剂发泡剂组成。方法以发泡时间和发泡效果为指标,采用正交设计实验方法确定发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂和乳化增稠剂的比例。结果妇炎平气雾剂发泡剂的处方为:十二烷基硫酸钠:羟丙基纤维素:甘油为4:3:20。结论筛选得到的妇炎平气雾剂发泡剂处方能充分满足质量标准要求,工艺稳定、可靠。
Objective To select the foaming agent formulation in Fuyanping aerosol. Methods Uniform design was used to optimize proportion of foaming agent, foam stabilizer and emulsifying thickerners with the time and effect of foam. Results The formulation of foaming agent is sodium dodecyl su Iphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose and glycerol, its proportion is 4 ： 3 ： 20. Conclusion The foaming agent formulation in Fuyanping aerosol could satisfy the quality requirements, the technology is stable and reliable.
