摘要
目的对阿魏配方颗粒进行质量标准研究。方法采用薄层色谱法对阿魏配方颗粒进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对阿魏配方颗粒中的阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果阿魏酸在2-20μg·ml-1线性范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 58）,平均回收率为99.05%（RSD=2.10%,n=6）。结论该方法可行,重复性好,能有效地控制阿魏配方颗粒的质量。
Objective To study the quality standard for Awei Despensing Granules. Methods Awei Despensing Granules was identified by TLC, Ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Results Ferulic acid in Ferula teterrima Kar. et Kir. was determined. The linear relationship of ferulic acid was at the range of 2 - 20 μg · ml-1（r = 0.999 58）. The average recovery was 99.05%（RSD = 2.10%, n = 6）. Conclusion The method is available with a good reproducibility and could control the quality effectively.
