染色红花药材中日落黄的检测方法研究

Study on Determination Methods for Sunset Yellow in Carthami Flos

目的确认市场上的红花药材中违法染色的色素日落黄,并建立相应的分析方法。方法采用TLC进行初筛,再用HPLC法(二极管阵列检测器)及高效液相色谱-质谱法验证。结果经检测,22批样品中有7批检出日落黄,检出率为31.8%。结论该方法操作简便,准确度高,可作为红花药材染色的定性检测。

Objective To identify the pigment sunset yellow in Carthami Flos and establish the analysis method. Methods TLC and HPLC analytical methods were used for analysis of Carthami Flos. Results Tested twenty two batchs Carthami Flos, there were seven groups detected sunset yellow. Conclusion The established method could detect the Carthami Flos adulteration quickly and effectively.
