摘要
目的建立强肾排毒胶囊中大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定强肾排毒胶囊中大黄素和大黄酚的含量,色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15),流速1 ml·min^-1,检测波长254 nm,柱温为30℃。结果大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.054 95-0.549 5μg,0.051 25-0.512 5μg范围内进样量与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r值分别为0.999 5、0.999 9,加样回收率分别为98.9%、98.7%,RSD分别为1.1%、1.3%。结论该方法准确、稳定,可以用来同时测定强肾排毒胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。
Objective To develop a method for detetmining emodin and chrysophanol in Qiangshenpaidu capsules by HPLC. Methods The HPLC was used for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol. The column was Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was methanol- 0.1% phosphoric acid(85 : 15). The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm; and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1; column temperature at 30 ℃. Results Emodin and chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.054 95 - 0.549 5 μg(r = 0.999 5) and 0.051 25 - 0.512 5 μg(r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of emodin was 98.9% with RSD of 1.1%, and the average recovery of chrysophanol was 98.7 % with RSD of 1.3%. Conclusion The method is accurate and stable, it can be used for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in Qiangshenpaidu capsules.
