摘要
目的建立了抗风湿类中成药中8种糖皮质激素的含量测定方法。方法样品采用甲醇超声提取后,使用高效液相色谱法分离测定。色谱柱为Inertsil(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)ODS柱,流动相为乙腈:水(40:60),检测波长为241nm,流速为1.0 ml·min^-1,柱温为40℃。结果各糖皮质激素成分在定量范围内均呈良好的线性关系(r≥0.999),平均回收率为96.7-100.2%,RSD为0.11%-1.71%。结论本方法准确简便,可应用于抗风湿类中成药中多种糖皮质激素的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 glucocorticosteroids by HPLC to provide an analytical method for identification of in anti-rheumatism chinese patent drugs.MethodsSamples were extracted with methanol under ultrasonication. The 8 glucocorticoid separated on Inertsil C18 ODS column by elution with acetonitrile and water 40 : 60. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^-1. The detective wavelength was set at 241 nm. Results The linear range was 0.027 - 0.44 μg(r 0.999),and the recoveries were96.7%-100.2% with the relative standard deviations of 0.11%-1.71%. Conclusion The established method is simple, feasible,accurate,reproducible and reliable to operate and suitable for the detection of 8 glucocorticoid in anti-rheumatism chinese patent drugs.
