半夏白术天麻汤加减对痰湿壅盛型高血压病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响

Effect of Modified Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction on Urinary Albumin in Patients with Phlegm Dampness Type Hypertension

目的观察半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊中阻型高血压病患者尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法将符合标准的60例患者随机分为两组各30例,两组均给予缬沙坦,治疗组加用半夏白术天麻汤加减方药,两组均治疗4周。检测两组治疗前、治疗后中医证候评分、血压、尿微量白蛋白。结果血压治疗前后两组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),中医证候总有效率,试验组90%,对照组66.7%,治疗前后两组有显著差异(P<0.05),试验组治疗后尿微量白蛋白水平低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗后试验组尿微量白蛋白水平明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论半夏白术天麻汤加减能较明显降低痰浊中阻型高血压病患者尿微量白蛋白水平,改善临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating phlegm dampness type hypertension with microalbuminuria by Banxiabaizhutianma decoction therapy. Methods From January 2013 to December 2013, 60 patients were randomly assigned to the treatment group（30 cases） and the control group（30 cases）.Besides,those in the treatment group took Banxiabaizhutianma.The treatment duration was 3 months. The scores of syndrome of Traditional Chinese Medicine, blood pressure, urinary albumin valsartan were observed before and after treatment,and 4 weeks before and after treatment. Results The blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups, the difference was not significant（P〉0.05）, the total efficiency of TCM syndromes, the experimental group 90%, control group 66.7%, two groups before and after treatment were significantly different（P〈0.05）, the test group after treatment of urinary albumin excretion rate lower than that before treatment（P〈0.01）, after treatment, urine albumin levels were significantly lower than the control group, there were significant differences between the 2 groups（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Banxiabaizhutianma decoction could significantly reduce the phlegm dampness patients the level of urinary albumin and improve clinical symptoms.
