一种小型化双纤高速光模块的研制

摘要 全光传输是数字化雷达系统通信技术的重要发展方向,光模块作为其关键器件,其小型化已成当前研究重点。本文详细阐述了小型化双纤高速光模块的工作原理,给出了稳定输出光功率及消光比的控制方法,通过采用无插芯式小型化光器件研制技术,结合多层刚柔电路板和对产品壳体结构的优化设计,成功研制出了小型化双纤高速光模块。经实测和装机应用,各项性能参数满足设计使用要求。 All-optical transmission is an important development direction of communication technologies in digital radar system. The optical module is the key components part of all-optical transmission, whose research focus on small and high-speed field. In this paper, we elaborated the principle of the miniaturization of two-fiber high speed optical module and the specific implementation of the circuit. Then we illustrated the stabilization of the output optical power, and the extinction ratio control method. Moreover, through the use of non-mortise developed miniaturized optical devices technology, we used muhilayer rigid board and optimized the design of the product casing structure. Finally, a miniaturized dual-fiber high-speed optical module were developed successfully. The performance of parameters meets the design requirements through measurement and real applications.
