摘要 为准确评价城市道路与高速公路衔接路段的优劣程度,根据其特性,以区间层次、可拓和模糊综合评价方法为基础,构建衔接路段评价模型。首先从交通影响、经济效益、交通环境、运输服务以及交通协调5个方面构建评价体系,然后用区间层次与可拓理论相结合的方法计算权重,接着利用模糊评价法建立衔接路段评价模型。最后通过案例,以荆州某段高速公路为例对其链接道路程度进行评价,结果显示该方法能够很好地应用于衔接路段的评价。 In order to accurately analyze the extent of application of Convergence Line between Highway and Urban Road, constructed IAHP-extensible and fuzzy synthesis method of convergence line based on the actual operations of the highway. First, the evaluation system was constructed based on the actual operations. Including traffic impact, economic benefit, traffic environment, transportation service, and traffic coordination indicators for conservation management. Then, use the interval analytic hierarchy and extension evaluation process to analyze the right of convergence line. Secondly, use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a Convergence Line evaluation model. Finally, an example of a certain highway evaluated the extent of convergence line, showed that the model can effectively solve the problem of convergence line between highway and urban road.
