摘要
乳状液是含蜡原油多相混输管道中流体的存在状态之一。凝点是表征W/O型含蜡原油乳状液重要的胶凝流变特性参数。借助于凝点测试仪研究了4种物性不同的含蜡原油,在不同搅拌条件下配制的W/O型含蜡原油乳状液的胶凝特性。总结出乳状液凝点随着体积含水率、搅拌剪切速率的变化规律。并根据实验结果,提出了凝点值与体积含水率、剪切速率之间的关系式。
Emulsion is one of the existence forms of fluid in heterogeneous waxy crude pipeline. Pour point is an important gel rheological parameter of W/O waxy crude oil emulsion. In this paper, with the pour point tester, gelation properties of W/O waxy crude emulsion of four different kinds of waxy crude oils were studied under different stirring condition. The changing rule of emulsion pour point with the volumetric moisture content and the stir shear rate was determined. And relation of pour point value, volumetric moisture content and shear rate was put forward according to the experimental results.
