长6特低渗储层驱油用表面活性剂性能评价及矿场试验 被引量:3

摘要 通过对鄂尔多斯盆地一低渗透M区块驱油用表面活性剂的界面张力、乳化能力的测试,并在室内通过物理模拟实验,主要是针对M区岩心基本特征,研制模拟岩心进行表面活性剂驱油实验和渗吸实验。结果表明,该表面活性剂溶液可以提高低渗岩心的微观驱油效率,且渗透率越低其提高的程度越大,渗吸实验结果说明了表面活性剂溶液的渗吸对于注入水的渗吸是有提高的作用,其主要机理是降低了油滴的流动阻力。并通过M区柳90-38和96-32井组注表面活性剂矿场试验,进一步说明了表面活性剂溶液对于提高原油采收率的效果。 Through the interfacial tension and emulsifying capacity test of a surfactant for oil displacement in M area of Ordos basin, and the indoor physical simulation experiment, oil displacement experiment and imbibition experiment of the surfactant on simulated core based on core basic characteristics of M area were carried out. The results show that, the surfactant solution can improve the oil displacement efficiency of low permeability cores; the lower the permeability, the higher the enhanced degree. Imbibition experiment results show that the surfactant solution imbibition can increase injected water imbibition obviously, its main mechanism is to reduce the flow resistance of oil drop. Through the surfactant flooding pilot test in Liu 90-38 and 96-32 well group of M area, oil recovery effect of surfactants was further proved.
