Russia is an oil-rich country in the world; it has rich oil reserves and plays an important role in ensuring world＇s oil supply and demand. So understanding Russian oil energy supply and demand situation and export strategy has important significance. In this paper, Russian oil production conditions, international status of the oil industry and energy consumption were introduced. The long-term strategy of Russian oil and export situation were also introduced, and some suggestions were put forward.
