摘要
气田集气过程中水合物的生成会影响集输系统的正常运行,常用的水合物防治方法有脱水、加热、降压以及注抑制剂。重点研究了应用较为广泛的加热法和注抑制剂法,介绍了两种工艺的具体特点、适应条件及其在各气田的应用情况,提出了气田具体水合物防治工艺选择的建议,对指导现场水合物的防治工作有一定的借鉴意义。
The hydrate forming in the natural gas transportation process can affect the normal operation of the gathering system. There are four common processes for hydrate prevention, namely, dehydration, heating, depressurization and hydrate inhibitor injection. In this paper, heating and hydrate inhibitor injection were mainly studied, which were widely used in various gas fields. The characteristics, adaptive conditions and corresponding field applications of these two processes were presented. Some suggestions on the selection of hydrate prevention process were proposed, which could provide some reference for the hydrate orevention work in gas field.
