That is the serious case of oil wax crystallization with oil in dewaxing crystallization unit, which can cause the filter difficulty, so that it is very difficult to process high viscosity materials in the device. And on the basis of the analysis, in order to overcome the problems in the production of bright stock in ketone-benzol unit, dewaxing crystallization process was improved from the aspects of changing solvent ratio, adjusting the cooling speed, increasing the solvent amount, adding the heat treatment process and so on. Finally, some process data in the production of bright stock Were Obtained.
