摘要
建立和完善企业绩效评价体系,科学地评价企业运营状况,有利于正确引导企业经营行为,帮助企业找到自身经营的差距和产生原因,促进其强化管理,提高效益。在对国内外绩效评价体系进行研究的基础上,详细分析国有炼油设计院绩效评价现状及存在问题,进行基于平衡记分卡的国有炼油设计院绩效评价体系重新优化构建及实施灵活,并完成绩效评价结果的反馈与效果评估。
The establishment and improvement of the enterprise performance evaluation system for scientific evaluation of enterprise operational status are helpful for enterprises to correctly guide business behavior, find their own business gap and causes, promote the management level and improve the efficiency. In this paper, on the basis of study on domestic and foreign performance evaluation systems, status quo and existing problems of the performance evaluation system of state-owned refinery design institutes were analyzed, the performance evaluation system of state-owned refinery design institutes was optimized based on balanced score card, and feedback and evaluation of the performance evaluation results were completed.
