摘要 综述了燃料乙醇发酵过程中野生酵母的污染来源、检测方法以及预防和控制。利用这些信息,可以在实际生产中有效控制野生酵母,以提高工厂燃料乙醇的收率。 The sources, detection methods, prevention and control of wild yeast in the production process of fuel ethanol by fermentation were reviewed. Using this information, we can effectively control the growth of the wild yeast in the actual production to improve the yield of ethanol.
