原油劣质化对常减压装置的影响和应对措施

Influence and Countermeasures of Inferior Crude Oil on the Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit

以玉门炼化总厂常减压装置为例,介绍了原油劣质化对常减压设备及产品质量的影响,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明,采取工艺防腐和设备材质升级后,装置重点部位腐蚀速率平稳受控。

Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Yumen refinery was employed as an example to introduce the influence of inferior crude oil on the unit and quality of products,and the corresponding solution was proposed.The results showed that after adopting process corrosion prevention and upgrading the materials of the facilities,the corrosion rate of the important parts of the device was smoothly controlled.
