摘要
Aga Zhu and Sun Xiaojian established Chinese Cooking Workshop in Shanghai in 2003. It is the first full-time, hands-on cooking workshop in Shanghai. It offers a place where expats who live or travel in Shanghai can gain a better understanding of Chinese culture and Chinese food.
