冲砂底孔弧形门门叶空蚀情况分析及修复——以龚嘴水电站为例

摘要 针对龚嘴水电站10号冲砂底孔已经运行40多年,弧形门门叶面板出现了严重的空蚀现象,在对弧形门门叶锈蚀现状进行深入研究分析的基础上,采用改性环氧砂浆等新材料及新的修补工艺与技术,对弧形门门叶面板锈蚀区域进行了修复,运行结果表明修补效果良好。 Serious cavitation erosion is observed in the body panel of the radial tom outlet in Gongzui Hydropower Station after over 40 years of operation. The lyzed in detail. Then, the eroded area of the gate panel is repaired using new epoxy mortar and new repairing technology. Practical operation shows that the gate for the No. 10 sediment flushing bot- erosion condition of the gate body is ana- repairing materials such as the modified repairing is satisfying
