介绍国电大渡河检修安装有限公司面对大渡河铜街子电站12号机组增容改造中人力紧张的状况,以龚电检修项目部为主体,通过内部人力资源整合、项目激励及优化施工进度措施,安全、优质、高效地完成了机组增容改造工作,探索了一条独具大渡河特色的大型水轮发电机组增容改造人力资源保障策略。
In the capacity expansion upgrading of the No. 12 the human resources is encountered. In this situation, some generator unit in Tongjiezi Hydropower Station, shortage of distinctive human resources security strategies are adopted, such as the internal human resources integration, project incentive mechanism, and optimization of the construction schedule. With these strategies, the upgrading work is finished safely, effectively and of high quality.
