浅谈水电站三漏问题的防与治

Prevention and Treatment of the “Three Leakage Problems” in Hydropower Stations

针对水电站的"三漏"(漏油、漏气、漏水)问题,结合瀑布沟水电站常见渗漏缺陷现象,从密封材料、密封结构、安装工艺及技术管理等方面论述了"查、定、重、改、换、堵、控、严、接、建、细"的治理方式,实施效果良好。

From the aspects of seal vention and treatment measures for materials, seal structures, installation technology and technology management, pre- the ＂three leakage problems＂ （i. e. , oil leakage, gas leakage and water leakage） that are commonly found in Pubugou Hydropower Station are introduced. These measures can be defined as： examina- tion, determination, reworking, renovation, replacing, blocking, controlling, strictness, connection, construction and carefulness. Satisfactory results are obtained with these measures in practice.
