摘要
基于计划行为理论,构建了激励偏好对企业科技人才创新行为影响过程的理论模型,对浙江省45家科技型企业的245名科技人才进行问卷调查,实证验证了激励偏好可以通过创新意愿的中介对创新行为产生影响并据此提出了针对企业科技人才激励的管理建议.
Based on the theory of planned behavior, the paper attempts to construct a model of motivation prefer- ence effect on the innovation behavior of enterprise science and technology talents. By conducting a questionnaire of 245 science and technology talents from 45 science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang province, this paper proves that the motivation preference can exert an effect on the innovation behavior through innovation intention. According to the empirical results, this paper puts forward some incentive suggestions on enterprise management.
