浙江省大学生亚健康调查与影响因素分析

Investigation of College Students' Sub-health in Zhejiang Province and Analysis of Affecting Factors

为研究改善大学生的亚健康状况提供参考依据,选取浙江省5所代表性大学的1132名大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对他们的亚健康与影响因素进行调查.结果显示整体健康状况令人担忧.有亚健康状况的人数有596人,检出率为52.7%,其中躯体亚健康检出率为50.8%,心理亚健康检出率为52.4%.表明浙江省大学生亚健康状况比较突出,影响因素有个人、家庭、学校等方面的原因.

By investigating the college students sub-health condition and its affecting factors, this study aims to improve the college students sub-health condition in Zhejiang province. The research subjects of this study are 1132 undergraduates selected from 5 representative universities. A questionnaire is used to investigate the sub- health condition and the affecting factors. The result shows that the number of the sub-healthy students is 596 and the relevance ratio is 52.7%. The relevance ratio of physical sub-health is 50. 8% while that of psychologi- cal sub-health is 52. 4%. A conclusion is thus reached that the sub-health condition of the college students in Zhejiang province is grim and such factors as individual, familial and school are responsible for the condition. This study means to provide some theoretical reference for improving college students sub-health condition.
