Development Principles for Spring Tourism in Heilongjiang Province and Corresponding Strategies

文章在提出了资源与市场相结合、时代性和古典性相结合、观赏与参与相结合三大发展原则的基础上,从宏观政府导向系统和微观企业行动系统两大层面提出了黑龙江省春季旅游开发对策,以期既快又好地完成打造黑龙江"春季活力世界"的目标。

This paper proposes three principles （integration of resources and the market, of modernism and antiquity, and of appreciation and attendance） before suggesting corresponding strategies from both macroscopic governmental guiding to microscopic business levels in the hope to contribute to the efficient and effective attainment of Heilongjiang＇s goal of＂ Energetic and Vigorous Spring＂.
